Hey I'm Dave, the founder of Stretched Perth

 I used to be an accountant. Safe job… but I hated it. 

So I left and followed my passion for movement and helping people feel better in their bodies.

That was over 20 years ago.

Since then, I’ve worked with thousands of clients and trained around the world. In 2015, I brought assisted stretching to Perth after learning from the best in Arizona.  

Now as a busy dad, I get it…

What is Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)

A hands-on, guided stretch that works on both muscles and fascia (the tissue that makes you feel tight).  

Over time, stress, sitting, and injuries tighten fascia which needs to be unwound.

FST helps:

  • Improve mobility
  • Reduce stiffness and tension
  • Restore natural movement

No pain. No forcing.
Just controlled, supported stretching. 

How FST sessions work:

  1. I assess where you’re restricted through highly experienced hands and eyes (often not where you feel pain)
  2. I guide your body through assisted stretches and joint mobilisations calming your nervous system and unlocking deep fascial restrictions
  3. You walk out moving better with a clear plan of how to keep yourself moving well
  4. Generally 4-5 sessions will lead to deeply restored movement and decreased pain
